May 5 - Update
Power washing of the fence on Olcott is scheduled to start on May 12th at 7:00 am, weather permitting.

Please make sure the contractor has clear access from all greenery/arborvitae’s so the process moves forward smoothly. Staining should commence once the wood fence conditions and weather allow.
On May 4, the four Norway Spruce were planted along 108th Lane. Next week two Austrian Pines will be taken down at the 109th and Olcott entrance area due to infestation causing them to die. Also three Austrian Pines were taken down at the Northwest corner of the roundabout that were also infested and dying.

Once the fence is stained T&J will finish the landscape mulching of all the berms.

Thank you!

March 28, 2026 - Update!
Weston Ridge Residents,
We want to bring a few community maintenance concerns to your attention as we head into the summer season, along with an update on our entrance light posts.

Entrance Light Posts
On March 20th, the two street lights at 109th and Olcott that were damaged have been replaced. We're up and running again!

Yard Waste Disposal
It has come to our attention that private yard waste — including clippings, branches, and leaves — is being improperly dumped in common areas along 108th & Hawthorne on the Southside of Weston Ridge. This has been an ongoing issue for the past year. Additionally, some residents have been disposing of yard waste near the wooded areas and grassy edges along the retention pond north of 107th Street. Beyond being unsightly, this can block drainage and cause unpleasant odors as materials decay.
Please ensure all yard waste from your property is disposed of through our regular waste collection services. If you have parkway trees with low-hanging branches in need of pruning, we ask that you take care of those as well.
Heaving Sidewalks
If you have a heaving or uneven sidewalk in front of your home, please contact St. John Public Works so they can add you to their list for future repairs.
Pet Waste
As landscaping crews will be working throughout Weston Ridge this summer, please be mindful and pick up after your pets when walking them in any common areas.
Let’s work together to keep Weston Ridge looking its best — your consideration for your neighbors makes all the difference!
Best regards and have a wonderful summer,
Weston Ridge Board
